Princess Kakyuu is the princess of the Sailor Starlights.

Her planet was destroyed by Sailor Galaxia. She wanted the Starlights and the Sailor Scouts to work together and defeat Galaxia. But Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune are angered her request, so Kakyuu leaves with the Starlights. Her hobbies are gardening and play cards.
